Welcome to Deep Balance Massage. By booking an appointment or contacting us through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Appointments & Bookings
- All appointments must be booked in advance through our contact form, phone, or email.
- You will receive a confirmation of your booking via email or SMS.
- Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the session cost.
- Missed appointments without notice (“no shows”) will be charged in full.
3. Payments
- Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept cash, credit/debit card payments.
4. Health & Safety
- Clients must complete a health consultation form before their first session.
- Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy before treatment.
- Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. If you have any health concerns, consult your healthcare provider before booking.
- We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
5. Client Conduct
- Professional boundaries must be respected at all times.
- Any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session and refusal of future services.
- Full payment will still be required in such cases.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
- We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information for booking, communication, and treatment purposes.
- Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.
7. Liability
- Deep Balance Massage is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions, injuries, or health issues that may be affected by treatment.
- Clients accept responsibility for their own health and well-being during and after sessions.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website.
